Not because of liability, but because honesty is part of what makes this place work. Accidents happen. Silence about them doesn't serve anyone.

The cleaning crew comes in right after you leave. Sheets stay on, rooms stay as they are. No checklist. No reset. Just go and enjoy your last moments here.
The bar taps are yours.
There are three upstairs and three downstairs, six taps in total. Pour freely, pour often, and pour whenever the moment strikes. We only ask that you leave the bottled and shelved spirits as you found them.
The access code is yours alone.
The access code is yours for the duration of your stay. It resets when you leave.
Use everything.
The sauna, the cold plunge, the jacuzzi, the massage chair, the pool table, the ping pong table, the putting green, the deck at golden hour. This is not a museum. It was built to be lived in, fully.
The plates and glasses are waiting for you.
Look to the far right cabinet. You will find white plates and clear glasses. That is your tell. Those are the ones we set aside for you, and they are there whenever you need them.
Plunge and spa safety.
No lifeguard on duty. No glass near the water. No unsupervised children near the plunge or jacuzzi. These spaces are built for enjoyment and we want to keep it that way.

Parking
There is one dedicated parking spot directly in front of the house. Additional parking is available across the street in the large open area. The address is 153 Palabro Circle, Driftwood, TX 78619.
Getting Around
Uber and Lyft both service this area reliably. If you are heading into Austin or exploring the Hill Country, rideshare is the easiest call. Drop a pin at the address above and you are set.
Dining Hours
A heads up worth having. Restaurants in Driftwood and the surrounding area tend to close by 9pm. Plan your dinner accordingly and you will not be caught looking for a late meal.
Josh.ai Voice Control
Josh is the voice of the home. To activate him, simply say "Ok Josh" and follow it with whatever you need. He hears you from anywhere in the room. No need to raise your voice or walk toward a device. Speak to him the way you would speak to a person and he will respond in kind.
Need a vibe "Ok Josh, give me a Vibe" and let the house decide. Just trust it.
Fans "Ok Josh, turn on the fan" toggles the fan in whichever room Josh hears you to a medium level. Say it again to turn it off.
When you leave "Ok Josh, turn off the House." Everything off. One sentence and you're done.

Palladiom Keypads
Most rooms have a scene worth discovering. The keypads are how you find them. Start with whatever sounds interesting and adjust from there.
The Disco Ball and Gobo
When the mood shifts, it really shifts. The disco ball scatters light across the room. The gobo casts patterns and logos into the space. Both are a word away through Josh.ai or the keypads.
Infrared Sauna
Power it on and give it 15 to 20 minutes to reach temperature. Sessions of 20 to 40 minutes are ideal. Hydrate before and after.
Jacuzzi / Spa
One button activates both. Hit Spa Plunge in the living room and everything comes on together. Let the jacuzzi bring you up to temperature. Then take the plunge. Use them in sequence and you will understand why people build their whole morning around it.
The Heated Towel Bars
They come on automatically with the bathroom lights. Your towel will be warm before you need it.
The Arcade Machine
Open the controller panel. Grab the remote. Turn it on like a TV. Hit the black button underneath. Game on.
AirPlay
Want to play music from your own phone? Say "Ok Josh, turn on AirPlay" from anywhere in the home. Josh will confirm and you then connect to "AirPlay - EsKape" from your iPhone's AirPlay menu. Open any music app and play. To add more rooms, open the Josh AI app and add zones to the active session. For rooms without a Josh mic (Deck, Kitchen, Bar, Porch, Spa Bathroom, Powder Room) just specify the room: "Ok Josh, turn on AirPlay on the deck."

The photobooth is waiting. Select Guest Book on the machine, take your shot, and leave something behind. Every guest who has come through EsKape has had a moment. Now it is your turn.
